These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gridline TCG website, online store, retail location, events, tournaments, promotions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Gridline TCG (“Gridline TCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) or Central Florida Trading Cards and Collectables.
By accessing or using our Services, including visiting gridlinetcg.com, making a purchase, registering for an event, or participating in our in-store or online community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Our Services may include:

- the retail location at 222 S Magnolia Ave, Sanford, FL 32773
- trading card, collectible, accessory, and related product sales
- frozen treats, snacks, and beverage sales
- tournaments, leagues, casual play, and community events
- preorders, pickups, local promotions, and online communications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
1. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. Eligibility and Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders through our website or enter into binding transactions with us. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Some products, events, or store activities may be intended for certain age groups. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation or purchase is appropriate and permitted.

We strive to keep product listings, descriptions, conditions, images, quantities, and prices as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all listings or store information are error-free, complete, current, or available.

- limit quantities
- cancel orders affected by errors or suspected abuse
- change product availability at any time
- discontinue products without notice
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including pricing mistakes, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.
5. Card Condition and Collectible Variability
Trading cards and collectibles may vary in condition, centering, print quality, packaging, coloration, or other manufacturer-related characteristics. Product photos may be representative and may not always reflect the exact item received unless specifically stated.
Where condition matters, the stated condition or product description will control, subject to reasonable interpretation and normal industry standards.
6. Preorders and Release-Date Products
Certain products may be offered on a preorder basis. Release dates, allocations, quantities, and fulfillment timing are subject to change by publishers, distributors, or suppliers.
We reserve the right to:
- adjust preorder quantities
- limit units per customer
- cancel or reduce preorders if distributor allocations change
- delay fulfillment when supply chain or manufacturer issues occur
If we are unable to fulfill a preorder in full, our liability will generally be limited to refunding the affected amount paid.
7. Payments
By placing an order, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, fees, or other disclosed charges.
We may use third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information unless specifically stated.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may suspend fulfillment, refuse future orders, revoke store credit, or restrict account access.
8. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
For shipped orders:
- risk of loss may pass according to applicable law and shipping method
- delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility
- customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
For local pickup orders:
- you may be required to present identification or order confirmation
- we may set time limits for pickup
- unclaimed orders may be canceled or restocked in accordance with our store policies
9. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and store credit are subject to our posted return policy, event policy, and applicable law.
We may deny returns or refunds where:
- the item was opened, altered, damaged, or used after delivery
- the product is a final sale item
- the request falls outside the allowed return period
- abuse, fraud, or excessive return behavior is suspected
Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- opened trading card products
- food, frozen treats, snacks, or beverages
- event entry fees once the event has begun
- clearance or final sale items
- digital goods, codes, or gift cards, unless required by law
10. In-Store Rules and Event Participation
By entering our premises or participating in one of our events, you agree to follow all posted store rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, and event policies.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or ban any person from the store, an event, or our community for conduct that we determine to be inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, unsportsmanlike, or otherwise harmful to staff, guests, or the community.
This includes, without limitation:
- cheating or rules manipulation
- theft or property damage
- harassment or discrimination
- threats, violence, or intimidation
- hygiene issues that materially disrupt the environment
- disruptive or aggressive behavior
- refusal to follow staff directions
- use of offensive or explicit content in community spaces
Event entry does not guarantee participation if capacity limits, rule issues, or conduct concerns apply.
11. Minors at the Store and Events
Parents and guardians are responsible for minors under their supervision. We may require a parent or guardian to register minors for certain events, sign waivers, or provide emergency contact information.
We are not responsible for supervising unattended minors unless expressly agreed in writing.
12. Food, Frozen Treats, and Allergy Notice
Our store may sell frozen treats, snacks, or beverages. These products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and other allergens.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient or allergy information and making their own consumption decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gridline TCG is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary consequences resulting from food or beverage purchases except as otherwise required by law.
13. Gift Cards, Store Credit, and Promotions
Gift cards, promotional credits, loyalty rewards, coupons, or special offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration rules, usage restrictions, or exclusions.
Unless required by law:
- they may not be redeemable for cash
- they may not be replaced if lost or stolen
- they may be void if obtained or used fraudulently
- they may not be combined with certain offers
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time, including where misuse or technical error occurs.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our branded materials, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, images, product organization, downloadable materials, and other content created by or for Gridline TCG, is owned by Gridline TCG or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit any portion of our Services without our prior written consent.
All third-party names, game titles, logos, card names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our Services does not imply ownership by or endorsement of Gridline TCG.
15. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful purposes
- interfere with site security or functionality
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- scrape, crawl, spider, or harvest data without written permission
- upload malicious code or harmful content
- use bots or automated tools to manipulate inventory, purchasing, event entry, or pricing
- engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or deceptive conduct
- post content that is offensive, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, or unlawful
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including cancellation of orders, removal of content, account suspension, event bans, or referral to law enforcement.
16. User Content and Feedback
If you submit reviews, suggestions, testimonials, photos, comments, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, payment providers, event platforms, social media platforms, or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or conduct.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
18. Assumption of Risk
Participation in in-store play, tournaments, community gatherings, and similar activities involves inherent risks, including property loss, accidental injury, illness exposure, and interactions with other participants.
By participating, you voluntarily assume those risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services, products, events, and all related content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Gridline TCG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Services will always be available or error-free
- the website will be uninterrupted or secure
- product listings will always be accurate
- events will proceed exactly as scheduled
- defects, bugs, or errors will always be corrected
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gridline TCG and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or collectible market losses arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services, products, or events will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product, order, or event giving rise to the claim.

- your conduct in the store, at events, or in our community spaces

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

You may stop using our Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account, access, orders, event participation, or use of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for our business or community, or engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions regarding payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, disputes, and governing law.
